    Abstract: 本研究以 Moore(1993,1996)之商業生態系統演變階段,結合 Ansoff(1957)所提出之 Ansoff 矩陣,與司徒達賢(2005)之策略形態分析理論為理論基礎與研究架構,對 LINE Taiwan 進行個案分析,以探討其成長模式與關鍵成功因素。
    LINE Taiwan 至今於台灣市場已有 11 年之歷史,以十分快速的發展,從通訊軟體壯大成今日之數位生活生態圈,並在各產業與領域皆佔有一席之地,擁有用戶之高使用率。故本研究透過 Ansoff 矩陣架構探討 LINE Taiwan 之成長模式,並透過策略形態分析法之架構,分析 LINE Taiwan 各階段所之目標、環境與條件前提,以及與策略方案之適配性,進而得出個案公司各階段之關鍵成功因素。
    This thesis aim to explore and identify the growth strategy and pattern of LINE Taiwan, as well as its critical success factors. With Moore (1993, 1996) Business Ecosystem, Ansoff (1957) Matrix and Seetoo (2005) Methods of Analyzing and Planning Competitive Strategies as theoretical basis.
    LINE Taiwan has built its empire in Taiwan market for over 11 years and has grown with surprising speed. Through scaling the business from a single communication APP to an enormous digital life ecosystem, LINE Taiwan now dominates in Taiwan market across plenty industries. Given that huge success, this thesis delves into LINE Taiwan’s growth strategy and key success factors among each development stages through recognizing its business goal, environment background, condition, and deep diving into the fitness between the aforementioned items and LINE Taiwan business strategies, basing Ansoff Matrix and Methods of Analyzing and Planning Competitive Strategies framework.
