    Abstract: 本文研究目的在於分析半導體微污染控制市場的需求和個案公司在該市場中的定位,並評估該公司的價值主張和商業模式。通過市場與商業模式分析,發現半導體行業在人工智慧、5G、物聯網和電動車等應用的推動下持續蓬勃發展,而製程微污染控制成為剛性需求。個案公司作為供應高純度特化材料和微污染控制解決方案的供應商,符合市場需求並取得了可觀的市場份額和高增長率。
    在價值主張方面,個案公司的最大價值在於提供完整的特化和工程材料產品,協助客戶提升良率。同時公司持續投入研發資源提升產品性能,並通過全球佈局的製造設施和分析實驗室提供優質服務。在商業模式方面,個案公司通過策略合作和併購,不斷強化技術深度和產品完整度,為客戶提供全面的解決方案。

    The purpose of this study is to analyze the market demand for semiconductor micro-contamination control and assess the positioning, value proposition, and business model of Company E in that market. Through market and business model analysis, it is found that the semiconductor industry is experiencing robust growth driven by applications such as AI, 5G, IoT, and electric vehicles, with micro-contamination control in semiconductor processes becoming a critical requirement. Company E, as a supplier of high-purity specialized materials and micro-contamination control solutions, meets market demands and has gained significant market share and high growth rates. In terms of value proposition, Company E`s primary value lies in providing a comprehensive portfolio of specialized and engineering materials to enhance yield for customers. Additionally, the company continues to invest in R&D to improve product performance and provides high-quality services through its global manufacturing facilities and analytical laboratories. In terms of the business model, Company E strengthens its technical depth and product completeness through strategic partnerships and acquisitions to provide customers with comprehensive solutions. The company`s competitive advantages include brand recognition, product completeness, and financial stability. However, market competition threats and global environmental changes pose significant challenges. Furthermore, besides the semiconductor micro-contamination control market, the life sciences field is identified as a potential application market with substantial opportunities. Therefore, Company E aims to expand its business scope and replicate its success in the semiconductor industry to other domains to achieve the next wave of growth. In conclusion, this study provides a comprehensive analysis of the positioning, value proposition, and business model of Company E in the semiconductor micro-contamination control market, along with future opportunities and challenges.
