    Abstract: 再生能源為現今受到全球重視的重要議題之一,為了達成碳中和目標各國紛 紛祭出能源政策,相關廠商也隨之受惠。過去中國大量政策補貼太陽能產業,以 低價競爭的方式破壞國際太陽能市場,最終導致各國築起關稅壁壘。為了瞭解這 樣的結果是否會在再生能源的儲能領域中重現,本研究整理中國歷年再生能源政 策,並舉太陽能與儲能的共通關鍵零組件-逆變器為例,從專利角度切入,以逆 變器之專利公開狀況對照中國各階段的政策,結果發現隨著中國政策的轉向,專 利數據也有趨勢性的改變。本研究另整理中國市佔前幾名逆變器廠商的專利資料 以及財務資料,建構迴歸模型討論政府補貼與中國企業研發投入的關係,發現兩 者呈現正向相關。而我們也觀察到掌握儲能技術的廠商,也會有較好的財務績效, 驗證目前市場的風向的確吹往儲能領域。實證結果顯示能源政策仍須有國家在背 後的支持才得以發展,而未來各國仍須提防中國於再生能源領域的佈局。
    Renewable energy is one of the important global issues that is currently receiving significant attention. In order to achieve carbon neutrality goals, many countries have implemented various energy policies, benefiting related companies. In the past, China heavily subsidized the solar energy industry, which led to international market disruption through low-price competition and eventually resulted in the imposition of tariffs by other countries. To understand whether similar outcomes may occur in the energy storage field of renewable energy, this study examines China`s renewable energy policies over the years. Taking key component of solar and energy storage, inverters, as an example, the study investigates the patent application status of inverters in relation to China`s policy changes. The results reveal that patent application data exhibit a trend in line with shifts in China`s policies. Additionally, the study compiles patent application and financial data of the top inverter manufacturers in China and constructs models to examine the relationship between government subsidies and R&D investment by Chinese companies. The findings demonstrate a positive correlation between the two. Furthermore, it is observed that companies with expertise in energy storage technologies also exhibit better financial performance, confirming the current market trend toward the energy storage sector. The empirical results indicate that energy policies still require support from national governments for development, and countries need to be cautious of China`s positioning in the field of renewable energy.
