Abstract:	本研究以老人長照看護安養中心為案例，針對現行市場需求策略的形成進行評估與實際進行驗探討，首先描述該案例公司的商業計畫，以公司概念、產品與技術、產業概況與機會、目標客戶、競爭分析、產品定位、競爭優勢、執行計畫、營運計畫、財務計畫。接下來針對營運的實際狀況與問題做檢討，用現行環境下的人口老化以及人口分布，進而發展出目前的對應的策略，同時也發展出因應人口年齡結構及人口分布進行策略計畫。最後希望參考外部專家意見，進行調整並修正與執行。
