    Abstract: 隨著社會對企業的商業行為，對於環境、社會和公司治理各方面的衝撃或影響的關注，ESG（Environmental、Social、Governance）成為產業面臨的一個重要挑戰及議題。在這個浪潮中，企業必須確保他們的產品或服務不會對環境產生負面的影響並且能將獲利和社會共享，並對其公司經營及董事會運作完整且透明揭露形成有效的監督。企業推展ESG的倡議是為了在經營的過程中需考量對外在環境、社會和企業治理方面的影響因素，進而建立可永續的發展的商業模式。

    本論文以C電子公司為個案進行研究，探討電子產業中的ESG永續發展策略。由於C公司有獨特的產業特性，產品以測試儀器為主，且多數應用於新與綠色科技上，在作ESG的倡議及策略上有先天的優勢，特別是透過低碳節能技術協助客戶降低碳排放。本論文將以C 公司ESG辧公室的規劃及成立經験出發，探討C公司如何從產品和技術、供應鏈與製造、友善健康職場、社會影響力及永續環境，打造以綠色公司為策略、實踐企業對環境及社會的責任。
