    Abstract: 隨著「目標與關鍵結果」(OKR) 在國際企業界的廣泛應用,其在台灣科技公司的適用性和效益引起學界關注,本研究以一家歷經組織結構變遷的德商台灣科技企業為例,探索其在面對「關鍵績效指標」(KPI)帶來的管理困境時,如何調整應用以KPI與OKR整合績效管理的策略;透過質性分析、訪談及問卷調查,本研究詳盡評估了該策略的實施成效和關鍵成功因素,研究旨在提供科技企業更有效的績效管理參考,促進組織經營效率和員工敬業度的提升。
    With the widespread application of "Objectives and Key Results" (OKR) in the international business community, its suitability and benefits for Taiwanese technology companies have drawn academic attention. This study focuses on a German-owned technology company in Taiwan that has undergone organizational structural changes. We investigate how the company adjusted its performance management strategy when faced with management challenges introduced by the combination of "Key Performance Indicators" (KPI). Through qualitative analysis, interviews, and surveys, this research thoroughly evaluates the effectiveness of the integrated KPI and OKR performance management strategy and identifies its key success factors. The aim of this study is to provide technology companies with a more effective performance management reference, enhancing organizational operational efficiency and boosting employee engagement.
