Abstract:	本論文以策略形態分析法，探討台灣文化導覽及永續旅行品牌「島內散步」的發展策略。島內散步自2012年在大稻埕創立以來，經歷數次轉型，從文史導覽到永續旅行，找到可持續擴大的商業模式。報告首先分析島內散步的發展歷程、現況與財務狀況，並探討外部環境，包括國內旅遊市場、企業ESG趨勢、地方創生政策等。報告指出島內散步優勢在於品牌知名度和體驗設計能力，但組織運作效率有待提升。因此，報告建議未來策略定位為「企業ESG地方創生服務採購代理」，以企業客戶為導向，提升營運效率。具體措施包括組織調整、提升業務能力、開發新產品與新市場等。總體而言，本論文透過策略形態分析法以島內散步為個案，提供了一套詳盡的發展策略分析和規劃建議，可作為文化、地方創生團隊、永續旅行業者制定策略的重要參考。
