    Abstract: 近年來台灣房價持續走高,老屋翻修、外觀拉皮等設計需求有越來越多的趨勢,這也代表著室內設計、裝修業未來有許多的發展性。
    本研究旨在探討台灣室內設計產業的外包策略框架,並以A公司為案例進行訪談驗證。該研究以混合方法進行,首先進行了文獻回顧,以瞭解室內設計產業的外包趨勢和相關理論。基於文獻理論和實踐,本研究建立了一個包括供應商選擇、合作關係管理、風險管理和績效評估的外包策略框架。
    本研究選擇A公司作為研究的案例,通過訪談和資料收集,深入瞭解該公司在外包策略實施方面的做法和經驗。訪談涵蓋了A公司與供應商的選擇準則、合作關係建立和管理方式、風險評估和管理方法,以及績效評估指標的選定等方面。
    總體而言,本研究提出的外包策略框架為台灣現存室內設計產業的企業在外包策略的制定和實施提供了指導。A公司的案例驗證顯示該框架具有實用性和可行性,並能夠幫助企業在外包過程中取得競爭優勢。
    儘管該研究具有一定的限制,例如樣本數量有限和研究範圍的限定,但它為台灣室內設計產業的外包策略研究提供了重要的參考和啟示。未來的研究可以擴大樣本規模,進一步驗證和完善本研究提出的外包策略框架。
    In recent years, Taiwan's housing prices have been continuously rising, leading to an increasing demand for interior design and renovation of old houses, as well as exterior remodeling. This indicates a promising future for the interior design and renovation industry.
    This study aims to explore the outsourcing strategy framework in Taiwan's interior design industry, with a focus on the case of Company A through interview verification. Company A was selected as a case study, and through interviews and data collection, an in-depth understanding of the company's practices and experiences in implementing outsourcing strategies was obtained. The interviews covered criteria for supplier selection, methods of establishing and managing cooperation relationships, risk assessment and management approaches, as well as the selection of performance evaluation indicators.
    Overall, the outsourcing strategy framework proposed in this study provides guidance for enterprises in Taiwan's interior design industry in formulating and implementing outsourcing strategies. The case verification of Company A demonstrates the practicality and feasibility of the framework, enabling companies to gain competitive advantages in the outsourcing process. Although this study has certain limitations, such as a limited sample size and a specific research scope, it provides valuable references and insights for research on outsourcing strategies in Taiwan's interior design industry. Future research can expand the sample size and further validate and enhance the proposed outsourcing strategy framework.
