Abstract:	一九七五年歐洲經濟共同體所提出之「消費者保護暨資訊提供計畫」，為歐洲聯盟致力於消費者之保護揭開序幕，一九九七年之歐洲共同體條約更將消費者保護明定為歐洲共同體政策之一部，為歐洲聯盟保證消費者之權益建立基石。宏觀保護消費者權益之有關指令，以一九九九年之歐體消費物買賣指令尤受人矚目，因其規範容係涉買賣法之核心領域－物之瑕疵擔保部分，對各會員國之買賣法影響至為劇烈，故本文將著力於解析該指令之具體內容，藉此期供我國物之瑕疵擔保法未來走向之參考。
