Abstract:	本論文以一般律師的律師事務所創業為討論對象，先介紹我國目前律師產業的現況，以目前律師事務所的營運及規模型態，即絕大部分都屬於小規模的律師事務所（律師人數5人以下）。接著討論到目前律師產業的困境，以及律師事務所無法規模化發展的原因，並且以兩個律師在律師事務所創業的個案進行探討，分別是傳統的創業型態，以及創新的接案模式的創業型態，兩者在相近似的時間經過後，而發展出不同的營運規模。接著，本論文再進一步討論到律師事務所創業成功的必要因素，並認為規模化是不可避免的要件，此可有效讓律師事務所脫離價格競爭的紅海市場，並且能逐漸建立起差異化的服務，並取得客戶選擇、服務價格設定選擇的自主性。然而，律師事務所要如何規模化，其前提要件為何，以及如何從律師事務所發展的兩個最重要因素：「案源」「人事」予以著手及突破，讓律師事務所可以進入良性循環的發展，進而取得外部整併或內部成長而達成規模化的結果。
