    Abstract: 本文欲透過管理學理論,包括五力分析法、SWOT分析法之一般性的競爭因素,再以近期學者所提出之動態競爭AMC分析法加以補充,同時藉由理論及文獻探討方式針對三種理論的競爭分析方法歸納出一般傳統的銀樓產業狀況,並且以作者第一觀察者的角度對A珠寶銀樓業主為實際訪談與個案研究,針對目前業主面臨同業競爭者B的低價策略所採取手段、布局與回應,輔以新北市銀樓產業同業公會具影響力長官理事長分享為依據,從個案業主探究並評估自身條件及外在環境,再由業主的自我定位到策略轉型,以不同的角度觀察、分析及回應外在競爭環境的變化,並提供建議給有志於經營銀樓珠寶業者進行思考與建議。
    This article is going to use the Porter Five Force Analysis and SWOT Analysis to explain how each factor of the analysis interact with traditional jewelry store and then later adopt the AMC analysis to overcome the deficiency of the former theories. The author takes the first glimpse to interview the owner of A Jewelry Store and the words of experience(s) from the most impressive director of New Taipei City Jewelers Commercial Association for the purpose of study. This case study tries to use different ways to observe and evaluate the conditions and capability of Jewelry Store A itself and use the analysis to react any changes from the outside environment, especially the neighbor competitor B’s lower price strategy and the author may provide some tips and suggestions to those who are ready to devote themselves in the jewelry industry.
