    Title: 中國經濟與中小企業發展概況與展望

    Abstract: 2018年是中國推行「改革開放40週年」，同時也是「2020年全面建成小康社會」、「2016～2020年第十三個五年規劃」的驗收時點。伴隨中美貿易戰外延擴展，中國面對內外轉型的壓力更較過往龐大，力圖透過國際參與、國際開放、國際秩序促進國內企業轉型，並求落實國內「去產能、去庫存、去槓桿、降成本、補短板」的政策目標。然而在「國家資本主義模式」框架下，中國中小企業所處環境依然存在「融資難、融資貴」的限制，本文先探討中國國家發展的核心邏輯，接著爬梳其國際經濟戰略與國內經濟發展政策，最後觀察微中小企業發展現況與困境，並勾勒中國經濟發展現況與展望。
