In 2013, the Taipei city government-led and set up a co-working space as a creative base for designers and creative workers. Since then, co-working spaces have gradually become popular. This study uses a literature review as the basis for questionnaire design. Secondly, a questionnaire survey is used to understand the current actual users' "user experience" and "demand preference," use "cognition (importance)" and "feeling (satisfaction)." Furthermore, importance-performance analysis was used for "cognition" and "feeling." Finally, through the principal component analysis of the use of "cognition" and "feeling," a particular model of dual logic is constructed to explore the influence of different factors on user behavior. Finally, government interviews and operator interviews were combined, and suggestions were made to develop co-working spaces. Use experience shows that most users are entrepreneurial youths under the age of 40, and the primary purpose of the use is pure work. Demand preference indicates that users prefer small and medium-sized co-working spaces, and nearly half of users prefer to share with them within ten people (about 2-5 teams). The importance-performance analysis shows that the rent and location of the co-working space are welcomed and recognized by the users; the users think that the entrepreneurial services are relatively insufficient. The results of the binary logic model show that the user's age, occupation, and employment type will affect the time used in the co-working space; the user's age, employment type, and income will affect the amount of rent used in the co-working space. Finally, based on the results of the interviews, this research suggests that in the short term, the industry should cooperate more with the government to provide users with more entrepreneurial assistance; and in the medium and long-term stage, it is possible to consider the planning and construction of small shared parks.
