Title:	雷震晚年與台灣政治：以民主及人權的視角分析

Abstract:	國立中正紀念堂管理處配合文化部政策進行轉型，希望拓展探討戰後台灣民主自由人權歷史相關議題，深化相關研究及建置展示與推廣教育之基礎資料。蔡總統亦於106年9月間公開表示，台灣民主故事應該一說再說，每說一次就確認台灣人是「民主人、自由人」，強調民主自由並非統治者恩賜，而是台灣人民努力爭取的成果。而威權時期的檔案及歷史研究，也是讓台灣民主更好的資產。　　雷震（1897-1979）是《自由中國》半月刊社長，並參與籌組「中國民主黨」，1960年9月4日與傅正等人遭到台灣警備總部拘捕，後遭軍法起訴，以「知匪不報」罪名判處徒刑十年。2002年9月4日，中華民國政府正式平反雷震案為冤案。若從民主人權角度探討雷震入獄及出獄後相關活動，將可從學術角度檢視台灣之轉型正義議題。探究雷震與當時台灣政治人物的互動（包括具自由派色彩的「外省籍」菁英或是台灣本土政治菁英），也是瞭解當時台灣政治發展的重要切入點。
