    Abstract: 本論文以一家具體的PCB(印刷電路板)製造公司作為個案分析對象,探討智慧製造的建置與發展。論文首先概述智慧製造的理論與發展,接下來介紹個案公司規劃設計智慧製造工廠的概念與實績。隨後,分析了這些技術如何幫助公司提高生產效率、降低運營成本、減少人為錯誤及增強產品品質。此外,本文深入探討了外部環境因素如何影響智慧製造的建置和實施。特別是中美貿易戰背景下,智慧製造如何使個案公司能夠更加靈活地調整其供應鏈配置,並尋找新的市場機會。最終,論文提出了針對個案公司未來發展的方向建議,目的在幫助企業應對複雜的全球市場挑戰,實現可持續發展。
    This study uses a specific PCB (Printed Circuit Board) manufacturing company as a case study to explore the establishment and development of smart manufacturing. The paper first outlines the theory and development of smart manufacturing, followed by an introduction to the case company's planning and design of a smart manufacturing factory, including actual achievements. Subsequently, it analyzes how these technologies help the company improve production efficiency, reduce operating costs, minimize human errors, and enhance product quality. Furthermore, the paper delves into how external environmental factors influence the establishment and implementation of smart manufacturing. Particularly, in the context of the China-US trade war, it examines how smart manufacturing enables the case company to more flexibly adjust its supply chain configuration and seek new market opportunities. Finally, the paper proposes recommendations for the future development of the case company, aiming to help the enterprise cope with complex global market challenges and achieve sustainable development.
