    Abstract: 隨著人工智慧技術的蓬勃發展與日益成熟,對於處理複雜運算的需求隨之增長,這驅使了對於更高效能電腦及其周邊產品的需求,例如,AI電腦和工業電腦。這些產品的應用範圍廣泛,包括智慧工廠與城市、智能交通、醫療和零售等領域。為了滿足終端客戶的各種應用場景,企業通常根據客戶需求提供客製化的設計和製造,並提出一套完整的解決方案。
    本研究選擇採用質性研究方法中的單一個案研究法,著重於深入了解企業內部人員如何將企業的資源和核心能力應用於新產品開發或專案進行中。為了確保訪談的全面性和代表性,將對不同職務的專案相關人員進行採訪,包含負責產品開發流程之專案經理、研發經理及應用工程師,運用半結構式方法和三角校正法來獲取多角度的資料和觀點。透過這樣的方式,深入研究專案關係人如何運用企業的資源和能力,以及內外部資源在專案中所產生之影響。
    本研究的理論基礎基於資源基礎理論,旨在探討企業內外部資源如何有效應用於不同人員,並促使其行動。本研究發現個案企業建立了多元事業群,並在研發設計中考慮跨產品的靈活組合,以提供更客製化的產品和解決方案,從而能夠快速響應市場和客戶需求。同時,透過市場行銷來塑造更高的品牌附加價值,對公司內部人員產生了積極的影響。此外,強調合作的企業文化和外部夥伴的合作關係,有助於共創生態系統,實現共同成長的目標。這些發現將有助於企業更好地應對市場挑戰,並持續推動產業的創新與發展。
    With the flourishing and maturation of artificial intelligence technology, the demand for handling complex computations is growing rapidly, driving the need for higher-performance computers and their peripheral products, such as AI computers and industrial computers. These products have a wide range of applications, including smart factories, smart cities, transportation, healthcare, and retail, among others. In order to meet the diverse application scenarios of end customers, companies typically offer customized design and manufacturing based on customer requirements, along with providing comprehensive solutions.
    This study adopts a qualitative research approach, specifically a single case study method, focusing on understanding how internal personnel within companies apply the resources and core capabilities of the enterprise in new product development or project execution. To ensure the comprehensiveness and representativeness of the interviews, personnel related to different roles in projects will be interviewed, and a semi-structured approach along with the triangulation method will be employed to gather data and perspectives from multiple angles. Through this approach, the study delves into how project stakeholders utilize the resources and capabilities of the enterprise, as well as the roles and impacts of internal and external resources in projects.
    The theoretical foundation of this study is based on the Resource-Based View Theory, aiming to explore how internal and external resources of companies are effectively applied to different personnel and prompt actions. The study findings reveal that the case companies establish diversified business groups and consider flexible combinations across products in research and development design, in order to offer customized products and solutions and respond rapidly to market and customer demands. Additionally, shaping higher brand value through marketing in the market positively impacts internal personnel. Moreover, emphasizing a cooperative corporate culture and partnerships with external collaborators contribute to co-creating ecosystems and achieving mutual growth objectives. These findings will help companies better respond to market challenges and continue to drive innovation and development in the industry.
