| Abstract: | 這是一本講述一個感覺自己與社會格格不入、於是陷入焦慮和自我厭惡的人，依靠著繪本創作與自我敘事書寫，始得看見自身困境，並開啟自我探索的故事。
本研究涵蓋「繪本創作」與「自我敘事書寫」的雙重文本，在脈絡上係以「繪本創作」帶動「自我敘事書寫」的發展，因繪本乃仰賴自我覺察、自由書寫與積極想像等內在工作方法，帶著意識取得與無意識的聯繫後所作，呈現的內容並非經過意識的精密設計，而是反映出研究者曲折難解的內心世界；為了探詢圖畫裡隱含的意義，本研究借鑑現象學的思路，以自我敘事的書寫方式闡述過往經驗，透過不斷地詮釋、反覆賦予經驗意義，盡可能摸索出貼近繪本內容的分析，並同時達到自我探索的目的。
This study tells the story of an individual who feels out of place in society and falls into anxiety and self-hatred. Through picture book creation and self-narrative writing, this person begins to see her own struggles and starts a journey of self-exploration.
The research incorporates dual texts of "picture book creation" and "self-narrative writing," where the "self-narrative writing" is driven by the "picture book creation". The picture book relies on inner work methods such as self-awareness, free writing, and active imagination, connecting the conscious to the unconscious. The content reflects the researcher's complex and difficult inner world, rather than being meticulously designed. To explore the meanings hidden within the picture book, this study draws on phenomenological approaches and uses self-narrative writing to articulate past experiences. By continuously interpreting and reinterpreting these experiences, this study seeks to analyze the content of the picture book as closely as possible while also achieving self-exploration. |
