    Abstract: 本計畫將對政策面、社會面、教學研究產生正面效果：1.就政策推動而言，本計畫結合總計畫協作團隊政大創新民主中心，共同執行知識重構和轉譯，將使政策更容易被社會所理解，強化原能會對外溝通形象與治理功能。2.就社會而言，可增強對原子能相關事務，尤其是以後核電議題為主（含核電廠除役、核廢料處理、原能會治理功能等）相關政策之理解與建立公民素養、社會責任等基礎工程，做為後續在科技溝通與社會對話的基底。3.就教育研究面而言，將提高教育者和學生對議題之理解，以及對討論公共議題之思辨有具體的體會和掌握，同時透過計畫推展，亦可在過程中培力公共議題有興趣之學子及實務工作者，透過網絡整合教學實作持續地推動相關議題。
