Abstract:	本計畫為因應氣候變遷及社經災害下產業圈區之脆弱度評估、韌性分析與調適策略研究，藉由脆弱度、韌性、風險溝通、調適行為等災害理論，並結合跨域治理相關理論，研提產業園區脆弱度評估指標、防護應變措施及調適策略，將可作為未來強化產業園區防救災功能與機制之參考，且補強關鍵基礎設施防護研究，將強化政府、企業、第三部門之調適能力。
