    Abstract: 隨著全球邁入數位化、高效能運算與智慧化應用的新時代,半導體產業對熱管理技術的依賴日益加劇。散熱陶瓷材料憑藉其優異的導熱性、電氣絕緣性與高溫穩定性,正快速成為高階封裝、電動車功率模組與AI伺服器等關鍵應用的核心材料。台灣具備完整的電子製造基礎與彈性供應鏈優勢,但傳統陶瓷製造業者如欲成功切入高門檻的半導體產業,須面對技術、驗證與供應鏈重構等多重挑戰。本研究以台灣中型材料製造企業C公司為個案,結合PEST與波特五力分析架構,系統性探討其進入半導體散熱陶瓷市場的策略可行性。C公司具備二十餘年陶瓷與金屬成型技術基礎,曾服務醫療、新能源等高監管產業,並近年建構高熱導氮化鋁與AlSiC陶瓷材料之製程平台,逐步布局高階熱管理解決方案。研究結果指出,台灣材料業者若能善用製程整合力、品質體系與地緣優勢,並透過導入式專案建立市場信任,有機會跳脫代工框架,邁向具技術主導力與解決方案能力之新型態供應商角色。本論文亦提出C公司可行之市場進入策略建議,包括聚焦半導體產業的高成長應用(如先進封裝與功率模組)、建立與本地關鍵客戶的聯合開發機制、導入高門檻驗證體系以及推進低碳製程轉型等路徑。期望本研究成果能為台灣其他欲進軍半導體高端應用之材料企業,提供策略轉型與產業升級的實務借鏡。
    As the semiconductor industry demands increasingly advanced thermal management solutions, ceramic materials such as aluminum nitride (AlN) and AlSiC have become critical due to their high thermal conductivity, electrical insulation, and thermal stability. This study investigates the strategic transformation of Taiwan’s materials industry through a case study of C Company, a traditional ceramic manufacturer seeking to enter the high-barrier semiconductor supply chain. Utilizing PEST and Porter’s Five Forces frameworks, the research evaluates external drivers, competitive dynamics, and C Company’s internal capabilities. Findings suggest that leveraging existing expertise in precision ceramics, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing integration allows C Company to transition from OEM production to a solution-based role. The study also proposes entry strategies including targeting advanced packaging and power modules, joint development with key customers, and promoting low-carbon processes. This research provides strategic insights for Taiwanese manufacturers aiming to upgrade within the global semiconductor ecosystem.
