    Abstract: 本研究以臺灣H汽車非原廠零件公司為個案,探討企業如何在資源有限、環境劇變的條件下,透過內生成長與動態能力實現長期發展。H公司歷經創業、聚焦、製造、品牌與數位轉型五階段,展現Penrose所提的資源潛力運用與Teece等人提出的能力重構。公司創辦人憑藉市場直覺、人脈資本及實務經驗,引導企業由零售轉向製造與品牌整合,透過差異化定位、高技術門檻產品、以及從服務端累積顧客信任,逐步建立競爭優勢。同時,H公司掌握製造環節、內化供應鏈、積極數位轉型,以因應產業變動與消費趨勢,展現企業在策略調整與資源重構上的靈活性與執行力。透過資源轉化、能力升級與策略聚焦,即使缺乏大型企業的體系與資本,企業亦能逐步建立可持續的競爭力與成長模式。
