Abstract:	本研究期望運用過去缺乏的行政母體資料及所得資料，分析住宅所有權不平等的現況，以各鄉鎮為空間單元進行分析，並探討住宅所有權、父母背景與所在地區房價的關係。第二年分析父母與子女的社會階級流動變化，探討不同房價高低區世代的社會階級流動現況，以及住宅所有權對於社會流動的影響。對學術發展之影響: 1.建立政府大數據資料（公務行政資料）使用於住宅研究之資料比對與串接方法，提供後續研究者參考。 2.瞭解國內住宅所有權與父母背景及社會流動之關係。 3.研究成果有助於回應目前社會關注的世代不平等重要議題。對社會經濟面之影響：研究成果將可提供政府關於住宅政策規劃參考，檢視住宅所有權的政策方向。
