    Abstract: 本計畫為基礎學術研究計畫,目的在釐清原屬蒙古民族的布里雅特人、卡爾梅克人在成為俄羅斯屬民後,其民族文化、屬性與認同之轉變,與內外蒙古人又有何差異。透過這兩個個案的研究,也可以進一步理解同在俄羅斯境內,但不同的政策與回應也讓兩者有了不同的發展。這個計畫在學術上有助於民族/族群政策、身分與認同以及跨境民族相關理論的探討,在人文、社會的實務上也可供政府機構、民間團體或一般民眾參考,或有助於臺灣族群問題或兩岸關係的釐清。
