    Abstract: 過去台灣學界或社會在討論原住民土地議題時常使用的範例多是屬於原住民族佔多數的的區域，但卻忽略在多數原住民族地區長期以來多族群共存或雜居的現象。台灣國土治理目前正面臨到全面轉型的關鍵時刻，本計畫主持人認為在進入以解決土地使用問題為圭臬的相關國土計畫討論前，先去認識過去土地上的歷史、理解不同族群對土地的價值體系和反思過去的族群不正義政策、方是當代推動土地轉型正義和永續治理的關鍵。因此本計畫主持人欲透過研究太麻里鄉此種過去在思考原住民族土地政策比較常被忽略的多族群混居的、東部淺山地區之個案來創造出真正對話的空間。並且思考國土計畫作為解決族群間土地衝突的工具、進而促進台灣社會的和解共生。
