    Abstract: 本計畫的研究目的在於：透過第三波區域主義的分析途徑，說明南方區域主義正在協助南方農糧財團在當代財團農糧體系中跨國崛起。預期影響性如下：
    1.社會：預期影響第三波區域主義下的小農社會與糧食主權運動發展；
    2.經濟：預期影響第三波區域主義下的南方陣營「國有企業財團農糧體系」中的農業經濟發展；
    3.學術：由於傳統農糧體系理論將北方私有農糧企業視為主要且唯一的行動者，然而本案透過第三波區域主義，說明南方區域主義的興盛正在幫助南方國有農糧財團成為崛起的跨國企業，因此補充農糧體系理論欠缺解釋南方農糧財團成為崛起的跨國企業之原因。預期幫助農糧體系理論解讀南方農糧財團在全球農糧產業鏈中崛起的解釋能力。
