    Abstract: 本計畫預計以克林姆（Gustav Klimt）的作品為主軸，探索現代法律秩序下的生命欲求，如何由文化焦慮轉向自我實現、自我救贖的藝術批判。三年預計研究重點：第一年：現代法律秩序下的生命欲求與文化焦慮。預計解決課題：（1）克林姆學院畫作〈哲學〉、〈醫學〉、〈法學〉的法律圖像學意義；（2）克林姆與卡夫卡的文化焦慮。第二年：學院畫作醜聞下的克林姆。預計解決課題：（1）克林姆〈法學〉與〈金魚〉、〈貝多芬壁飾〉關係的法律圖像學意義；（2）克林姆的文化焦慮與弗洛依德《夢的解析》第三年：解放文化焦慮後的克林姆。預計解決課題：（1）1907-1908 的〈達尼〉、1907-1908的〈吻〉、1919 的〈死亡與生命〉的法律圖像學意義；（2）文化焦慮的解放與藝術的自我救贖。
