    摘要: 康德在《實踐理性批判》結語曾說，「當我們越是思索內心道德法則以及與此相呼應的人性尊嚴時，就會越發對它們提升自我人格的價值而不斷地予以讚嘆與敬畏。」經由康德道德哲學對人性尊嚴的反思，以及進而根據《判斷力批判》對人性尊嚴的讚嘆與敬畏，究竟能夠對於當代以人性尊嚴為基本價值的憲政秩序，包括台灣現行的自由民主憲政秩序在內，提供哪些價值反思？從而能否促進對這套自由民主憲政價值體系的信仰？本計畫預計探討重點在於人性尊嚴經由康德《判斷力批判》的反思，如何成為品鑑當代憲法價值秩序的基點？而此一問題的討論，首先必須釐清人性尊嚴在康德《實踐理性批判》與《判斷力批判》領域，各自強調的重點為何？兩者又有哪些體系上的關聯？最後才能據此討論經由《判斷力批判》的反思，會對於人性尊嚴在當代憲政價值秩序的定位產生哪些具體影響？
    The project is expected to explore the human dignity through Kant's reflection from "Critique of Judgment", in order to taste the value of the constitutional order. The discussion of this issue must first clarify the relationship between Kant's "Critique of Practical Reason" and " Critique of Judgment". After that, we can learn about which concrete impacts of judgement will be put on the human dignity in the contemporary constitutional order?
