Abstract: | 全球淨零趨勢推動電子零組件產業投入綠色創新,智慧電表與能源管理系統因此成為節能減碳的關鍵產品。然而,既有研究多聚焦技術或政策,較少從企業策略視角探討綠能產品開發。本研究以P 公司為個案,結合質性訪談、SWOT 分析與商業模式畫布,解析其智慧能源新品牌與產品策略。結果顯示:P 公司透過核心技術研發、獨立綠能子品牌定位、政府與產業合作,以及高層推動的 ESG 治理機制,成功整合內外部資源以提升產品差異化與市場信任度。研究彌補了電子業綠色轉型策略文獻缺口,並為同業與政策制定者提供可行參考。 The net-zero agenda is forcing electronic component manufacturers to pursue green innovation, with smart meters and energy-management systems emerging as pivotal solutions. Existing studies emphasize technology and regulation but seldom address firm-level product strategy. This qualitative case study examines P Company using semi-structured interviews, SWOT analysis, and the Business Model Canvas. Findings indicate that P Company leverages core R&D capabilities, an independent green sub-brand, government–industry partnerships, and top-down ESG governance to integrate internal resources and external opportunities, enhancing product differentiation and market credibility. The study fills a gap in green strategy literature for the electronics sector and offers actionable insights for practitioners and policymakers. |
