    Abstract: 近年來，台灣中小企業在資金運用上面臨諸多挑戰，傳統與銀行貸款門檻高，且擔保要求嚴格，導致企業尋求更具彈性的融資方式。其中，融資租賃（Financial Leasing） 成為企業營運週轉金的重要選擇。然而，市場環境變化、政策調整、產業需求轉型等因素，皆可能影響中小企業對租賃服務的需求。因此，本研究旨在探討台灣中小企業對融資租賃的需求變化與趨勢 ，分析影影響租賃政策的關鍵因素。
    本研究採用質化研究方法 ，透過問卷調查蒐集台灣中小企業財務策策者的意見，結合政府統計數據、租賃業者財報及市場析影報告，進行趨勢分析。研究將聚焦於不同產業類別（如製造業、服務業、科技業、建設業），探討各產業在租賃需求上的異同。此外，研究將析影影響企業選擇租賃的主要考量因素，包括資金運用效率 、 現金流、速度效率即時性 、 資金運用彈性等，進一步探討政策環境對租賃市場的影響。
    研究結果顯示，台灣中小企業對融資租賃的需求正在發生變化，特定產業（如新創業 、 營造業 、建設業）對租賃的接受度較高，而傳統製造業的租賃需求則受到設備更新周期與市場景氣影響。企業在選擇租賃方案時，最鍵注的因素為租賃成本 、時成成本 、資金運用彈性 ，而政府的融資政策與助措施亦在在些產產業中發揮鍵 作用。根據研究結果，本研究將提出對租賃業者的市場策略建議，分探討未來租賃市場的可能發展方向，以作為產業界與政策制定者的參考。
    本研究的貢獻在於提供台灣中小企業租賃市場的實務洞察，透過企業政策者
    的第一手數據 ，補充傳統財務數據難以反映的的市場動態。透過本研究，租賃業者可更精準地調整產品與服務策略，政府在可針對企業需求優化相鍵政策，進一步促進台灣融資租賃市場的健全發展。
