    Abstract: 本論文旨在探討「豐田式生產系統（TPS）」與「數位轉型」對企業營運績效之影響，並以台灣長照交通輔具產業的領導企業──A公司為研究個案。隨著台灣快速邁入超高齡社會，長照產業商機迅速擴大，企業也面臨管理制度落後、人力短缺與數位轉型等挑戰。A公司儘管具備技術優勢與市場領先地位，過往仍遭遇如作業流程低效、資訊落差、倉儲失序與人員離職率高等問題，需導入系統性的管理改革與智慧化工具以提升營運效能。
    本項研究採用質化研究法，綜合文獻回顧、產業環境分析與內部營運診斷三大步驟，透過深入訪談、現場觀察與資料分析方式，解析A公司推動TPS與數位工具導入的實務歷程與成效。研究內容包含五個核心章節，分別為：研究背景與動機、產業發展與環境分析、個案企業現況診斷、解決方案導入，以及應用成效與結論建議。
    綜合而言，本研究證實TPS與數位轉型策略不僅可有效改善企業既有流程與管理問題，更有助於強化企業韌性、建立學習型組織及創造正向企業文化，以便在面對未來人口結構變化與照顧需求升高所帶來的龐大商機而做好準備。未來也建議政府單位能提供更多資源鼓勵企業導入智慧管理模式，提升企業的數位化能力及營運績效，為台灣再創經濟奇蹟。
