Abstract:	本文首先聚焦於《說文解字．竹部》一百五十個字例，透過許慎對於字例之釋義與段玉裁之注解，了解〈竹部〉字例之「六書」屬性；接著，將〈竹部〉一百五十個字例分為八項，管窺〈竹部〉字例義象之構成；再者，酌以《爾雅》、《廣韻》等古代文字工具書及相關文獻資料，深入考察、詮釋〈竹部〉之樂器相關之字例，亦從說解中探尋《說文解字》未收之竹部字，並考其形態，以綜合觀察與《說文解字》相關之竹管樂器。藉由上述分類、相關典籍或是《說文解字》之說解，在分類出來的十六樣〈竹部〉竹管樂器之中，透過相關經典，考察、詮釋其形制、態樣等，了解其用途。
