| Abstract: | 胡塞爾對於現象學心理學的構想，反映出來的是他對於理性的重視。不論現象學心理學是作為超驗現象學的預備階段，或是在超驗現象學「之後」進一步被表現為具有倫理意涵的超驗心理學，對胡塞爾而言，最高位階的仍然是超驗現象學。這表現出單子的目的論，亦即對於理性的追求，更在胡塞爾的社群生活理想之中展現為對於愛的社群的期望。不過，這樣的看法，在實踐上的可行性尚待評估，且恐怕難以擺脫歐洲中心主義的色彩。相對而言，從現象學心理學在臺灣的實踐成果來看，最根本的關注在於如何對於他者的存在狀態有所了解，其所成就的是以「可了解性」來說明人與人之間結成社群的可能。不論是東方人或西方人，只要是人都可適用，這樣的論點，似乎有潛力提出比較不具有歐洲中心主義色彩的社群生活方案。
Husserl’s conception of phenomenological psychology reflects his profound emphasis on reason. Whether phenomenological psychology serves as a preparatory stage for transcendental phenomenology, or, “after” transcendental phenomenology, is further developed into a transcendental psychology imbued with ethical significance, the highest level for Husserl remains transcendental phenomenology itself. This reveals the teleology of the monad—namely, the pursuit of reason—which, within Husserl’s ideal of communal life, manifests as the aspiration toward a community of love. However, the practical feasibility of such a vision remains to be examined, and it is unlikely to escape the mark of Eurocentrism. By contrast, the praxis of phenomenological psychology in Taiwan shows that its most fundamental concern lies in understanding the existential state of the Other. It thereby articulates the possibility of forming human communities through “intelligibility”. This perspective, applicable to all human beings—whether Eastern or Western—appears to hold the potential to propose a model of communal life less burdened by Eurocentric assumptions. |
