    Abstract: 本資料庫擬完整收錄中華民國體制下之總統府公報人事任免命令，內容涵蓋我國軍人、警察、使節、醫生以及薦任以上公務人員之人事脈動，資料具權威性與獨特性，除了提供詳目及簡目式的欄位資料的檢索外，同時可連結至對應之人事命令影像檔。

    總統府公報因政府體制的改變而數度易名，依沿革涵蓋七種公報：
    (1) 臨時公報﹝北京政府﹞：辛亥年12月26日至1912年4月26日；
    (2) 臨時政府公報﹝南京政府﹞：1912年1月29日至4月5日；
    (3) 政府公報﹝南方政府﹞：1912年5月至1928年6月；
    (4) 軍政府公報﹝南方政府﹞：1917年9月17日至1918年5月14日；
    (5) 陸海軍大元帥大本營公報﹝南方政府﹞：1922年1月30日至1925年5月20日止；
    (6) 國民政府公報：1925年7月至1948年5月19日；
    (7) 總統府公報：1948年5月20日至今。

    資料庫目前已完成六種公報的回溯，包含文字檔288,909筆，影像檔8,994筆。而「總統府公報」除已回溯完成外，也持續新資料建檔，以建立及維持自民國以來政府任命文武官員的完整紀錄。
