    摘要: 本文係作者對中共對台政策研究系列文章中的第三篇。作者希望透過學術研究，和田野調查的方法，對中共的決策特色、對台政策的決策組織與過程，以及對台學術研究機構進行探討，發掘出重要的相官問提，以供學術界及政府參考之用。 鑑於中共的改革、開放政策已難回頭，在對台政策方面，中共領導人未來將更必須倚賴學術、研究單位所提供的政策諮詢建議，因此文章中的重點在於分析、介紹中共的重要涉台學術研究機構，並指出某些特別值得注意的研究單位。 文章中的某些研究機構並非專責從事台灣研究工作，但是由於單位屬性及隸屬關係等原因，其中部分研究人員間或仍會出所謂的「台灣問題」表達意見，提供上級參考，故一併列入觀查、討論對象，以求周全。
