    Title: 非營利組織之整合型研究---非營利組織的「公共性」問題---理論及經驗研究

    Abstract: 本研究計畫擬從本土的價值關懷出發，強調非營利組織在台灣的發展有其獨特的文化及政治背景，如果不扣緊這個脈絡來分析，對於非營利組織衍生的問題及解決之道，便不容易有正確的判斷。由於非營利組織無論在設立目的、經營方式及社會責任等等方面，基本上皆具有「公共」的特性，亦因此，對「公共性」進行理論性與經驗性的研究，便是本研究計畫的主要目標。在理論的探討方面，本計畫將試圖超越較局限於對非營利組織的「工具性」觀點，結合社會學、政治學、管理哲學等理論傳統，建立一套可連結鉅視與微視層次的理論論述。在經驗性的研究方面，本計畫將透過焦點團體之訪談，收集足夠之資料，進行質的分析，以期深入區辨營利與非營利兩種行為模式的特徵，嘗試提出有關非營利組織的經驗性假設，供進一步檢驗之用。本計畫分三年執行，第一年重點為文獻回顧與訪談資料之收集；第二年準備由資料分析中提出若干假設，作為檢驗非營利組織屬性的項目，並藉移地研究之機會，對理論架構加以修正與充實；第三年除繼續第二年之分析，整理出兼顧理論與經驗研究之成果外，作為整合型計畫的理論論述部份，本計畫尚有綜合其他所有子計畫成果，對非營利組織之精神、特徵、經營方式及相關規範等提出全面性析論的任務，以收整合之效。
