Abstract:	本研究旨在透過範例學習法，建立預測台灣股票上市公司經營績效變動之模式。本研究以　上市公司十個年度的財務報表等資訊為樣本，運用財務報表資訊（財務比率）為線索，建　立範例學習模式，以預測未來每股盈餘之變動。研究結果發現，範例學習法所建之區別模　式，其區別能力可達80%左右，而預測能力可達60%以上；其結果遠較統計LOGIT模式之區別　與預測能力為佳。同時，研究亦發現資料樣本愈多，所使用之線索愈多，所建模式之預測　能力愈好。此外，不論採何種模式，每股盈餘、總資產報酬率以及股東權益報酬率等，均　係預測未來每股盈餘增減趨勢的重要線索。最後，我們也提出一些未來研究之課題，期能　進一步探討預測結果所形成之投資組合，是否能在股票市場上獲取超常報酬。
