    Title: 企業資源規劃系統導入參考模式之探討--以台灣IC製造業為例

    Abstract: 面對全球化競爭之衝擊，以及企業資源規劃（ERP）系統運用的風潮下，國內許多企業投入大量資金與人力，試圖導入能提昇企業競爭力之 ERP 系統。然環顧當前國內 ERP系統之導入環境，可發現仍缺乏一具理論基礎且適合國內本土化企業的導入模式，以作為企業資源規劃系統導入實施的步驟依據。因此，本研究之目的即為提出一具理論基礎且適合國內企業導入企業資源規劃系統之模式。由於企業資源規劃系統為資訊科技應用的一種，因此首先藉由對資訊科技應用相關理論的探討，作為本研究探討企業資源規劃系統的理論基礎與參考；接著，透過文獻探討的方式，彙整、分析國內外導入企業資源規劃系統的方法；並利用模式推導方式，提出一導入企業資源規劃系統的參考模式雛形；再者，本研究將以半導體產業之 IC 製造業為例，對事先選定的個案公司透過深入訪談、實際觀察、相關文件及檔案資料收集與研讀等方式，輔以非結構化問卷進行個案研究；最後，藉由個案研究所得之結論，針對之前所提出之參考模式雛形加以修正，可作為國內 IC 製造業或其它產業未來導入企業資源規劃系統之參考。 To face the worldwide competition and new information technologies striking, many enterprises in Taiwan are growing to realize the importance of implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to enhance their competition capabilities. Although the demand of implementing ERP systems is becoming great, it lacks a model of implementing ERP systems for the enterprises in Taiwan. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to propose a suitable model of implementing ERP systems for the Taiwan’s enterprises. Since ERP is one of the information technology applications, in this research, firstly we study the theories of information technology applications as the theoretical basis of our proposed model. Secondly, we survey the existing models for the implementation of ERP systems, and propose the prototype of our model. Finally, we study the operating characteristics of the enterprises in Taiwan, analyze the properties of IC manufacturing industry as well as visit an IC manufacturing enterprise as to be our real study case to get its implementation experience, then use this information to revise the prototype of our model. The model proposed in this research could be used as a reference model of implementing ERP systems for the IC manufacturing industry in Taiwan.
