Abstract:	將隱匿在程式碼之中的零散企業規則抽取出來，予以整合成一個獨立的企業規則庫，如此可以大幅度增加資訊系統的企業規則獨立性，進而有效改進資訊系統的可維護性。本文提出一個以關連式資料庫程序為基礎的企業規則庫開發策略，首先提出一個具有簡單、便宜、高跨平台等優點的企業規則庫架構，然後再進一步提出一個企業規則庫的開發程序。 A business rule base (BRB) is a collection of related business rules that can improve the business rule independence which can be defined as the capacity to change the business rules without having to change the information system. This paper presents a RDB-based strategy (architecture and development process) to support the development of BRB
