Title:	各級政府機構公關人員專業性初探

Abstract:	本研究基於一「自省」的研究角度，針對公關專業主題，從專業性概念角度切入，並結合公關專業特性加以研究。採取之研究方法為郵寄問卷，以各級政府機構公關人員為母體，抽取三百三十人為研究樣本，結果回收一百九十九份有效問卷。在研究結果方面發現政府機構公關人員專業態度的五項特質，包括「工作重要性」、「保障性」、「發揮性」、「自由性」、和「充實性」。專業共識方面則發現「知識自律」與「組織認可」兩項因素。對專業程度的分析則指出受訪者在四種專業型態中，傾向集中於高專業高非專業，以及低專業低非專業兩種型態。至於上述各項專業性共識、特質、與程度間的關聯性，整體而言除「組織認可」外，其餘因素間大致皆呈現正相關。而除專業性各指標間相互影響外，對專業性較具有區別力的人口或組織變項，主要為「是否有新聞工作經驗」、教育背景和以往公關印象對其專業態度的影響程度、以及薪資高低等變項，其他人口、職業特性變項有零星影響，整體而言並不具有區分能力。
