    Title: 中共對台獨因素的互動解釋
    The PRC`s Interactive Explanation for It Stance on Taiwan Independence

    Abstract: 本文首先歸結出分裂國家的理論模式，亦即肇源於國際衝突之國家分裂，統一過程必須滿足內在、外在、相互間以及中介變項等四項條件，其中國家認同又為貫穿諸因素的膠合劑，而認同問題已成為割裂台灣社會主要勢力，甚且構成國家安全的主要威脅。本文的重點即針對台獨因素對兩岸關係的影響進行分析。 本文各結分別為：國家認同與統一、大陸方面對於台獨起因的解釋、台獨思想與台獨運動的演進、當前台獨意識的「互動解釋」模式、結論。事實上，中共在八O年代以來對於國際因素和台獨消長的解釋，已經大異於前。雖然中共對美、日「分裂中國」的企圖仍有強烈的疑慮，也將外國勢力的介入，作為不放棄對台使用武力的藉口之一，但是中共已將目標轉向台灣，一改過去炮口對外的作法，。吾人如何在兼顧國家安全、政黨利益、言論自由的前提下，找到最佳的政策組合（policy mix）無疑是當前兩岸諸政治勢力之最重大考驗。
