Abstract:	自一九三五至一九四五年，國共一共舉行過四個階段的談判，前三次談判的議題概為軍事　性，集中於政府允許共軍編制規模的大小、陝甘寧邊區所屬範圍和人選、共軍作戰區域等　，第四次的會晤時中共力量已非昔比，雙方較能平等而談，所涵蓋議題範圍已較廣泛，性　質則多屬政治。　早期中共談判的目的，在於延續政治生命，至一九四三年底國共第三次商談，中共逐漸展　現實力，雙方協商的目的轉向資源的再分配、關係的正常化、以及獲取新的權力架構。中　共的談判者善於利用情勢，決定最有利的談判時機與商談條件，其要求條件常常因以螺旋　升高，運用辯證邏輯以困擾對手。此外，中共談判必先建立原則，誘使對手接受，以取得　有利的先佔地位。
