    Title: 新創國際企業的策略聯盟

    Abstract: 本論文之研究動機乃基於全球市場自由化的腳步越來越快,新創國際企業也越來越多。對於台灣而言,貿易依存度高、創業活動頻繁,研究新創國際企業的議題,對台灣整體經濟及個別廠商應具重要之意義。此外,在台灣,策略聯盟一直是廠商間十分常見的一種合作關係。新創國際企業與策略聯盟,都是台灣企業的共同趨勢,所以了解新創國際企業的策略聯盟模式及發展,不但符合台灣企業的需求,亦對台灣企業的未來發展具有參考的價值。
      基於上述之研究動機,本研究以台灣新創國際企業為對象,探討下列的問題:(1)台灣新創國際企業的形成原因為何?本研究將探討公司因素、產業環境及創業家等因素之影響;(2)新創國際企業如何進行策略聯盟?本研究將探討策略聯盟的動機、策略聯盟夥伴選擇標準、策略聯盟型態選擇及如何管理策略聯盟等議題。
    本論文之研究架構,係由參考相關之文獻推導而成,並依架構中各變數之關係設計出訪談綱要,以訪談之方式,以三家新創國際企業為對象,以了解新創國際企業創業者的動機及歷程、組成策略聯盟的動機、聯盟夥伴選擇、聯盟型態選擇、聯盟管理等議題。經由第四章之個案分析發現,台灣新創國際企業以資源互補為主要動機;另在分析過程中亦發現,明確分工與信任關係是新創國際企業策略聯盟成功的關鍵因素。研究中同時發現,新創國際企業的策略聯盟,由於成立時間較短,績效不易評估。
      在研究過程中,已儘量追求結構之完整,逐步撰寫、推導對新創國際企業策略聯盟之分析,惟仍不免有許多主客觀因素,形成本研究之限制。在後續研究上,建議後續研究者可再拉長研究對象之成立年限,以回顧式的方式來看新創國際企業的策略聯盟績效,並進行量化分析,應能有更多的發現與了解,且為台灣新創國際企業找出更好的策略聯盟發展模式。
