    Abstract: 本研究主要探討多國公司子公司制定策略時所遭遇的策略議題與子公司解決策略議題的創新整合方案。多國公司子公司策略的制定不是從一張白紙開始,策略的取捨受制於總公司指定的策略角色、分配到的資源、與其他來自總公司的考量。舉凡總公司一切影響子公司策略制定的決定,本研究統稱為「總公司的策略框架」。

    本研究採個案研究法,經過訪談四家多國公司在台子公司後,整理歸納出「總公司的策略框架」的具體內容與子公司創新整合的機制。除此之外,本研究並分析子公司整合的型態,提出子公司當地國需求、「總公司的策略框架」與子公司策略三者之間的關係,針對子公司策略制定提出延伸「策略形態分析法」的建議,以管理矩陣來詮釋「總公司的策略框架」的成因,探討子公司對整合失敗應抱持何種態度與應採取何種作法以減輕整合失敗的衝擊,最後並分析四個訪談個案公司扮演的策略角色。
