    Title: 媒介報導之政策議題類型與其框架之研究--以第五屆立法委員為例

    Abstract: 一則新聞是否會被報導，取決於該事件是否具有爭議性、衝突性或戲劇性。而基於菁英理論，政治人物所提的各種言論或對事件的看法，就會成為主要的報導對象。因此，本研究選取立法委員的相關報導，用以檢視媒介所報導之政策議題的方向。由於使用內容分析法，必須取得該屆立委任內的完整新聞，因此，便以上一屆，也就是第五屆的立法委員為研究對象。在本研究當中，媒介（報紙）與消息來源（立法委員）之間的互動部分，以社會建構論的觀點來說明真實被建構的過程。其中也利用框架理論來說明，社會大眾每天所接收的新聞，其實都是媒介重製真實社會事件，並且將其轉換成不同的符碼之後所得來。在這之中，記者利用他對事件的觀點，將真實事件框架之後，成為一則新聞。
    新聞報導的選取有相當多的考量，希望藉此研究能夠了解那一類型的政策議題容易成為新聞。為了更深入的瞭解不同類型議題的呈現方式，本研究套用了遊戲框架與議題框架的概念，並試著從中歸納出何種政策議題適合採用遊戲框架，而又是哪種的政策議題偏好使用議題框架來呈現。
