Abstract:	公共行政學自從1887年發展以來，歷經了一百多年的發展，本研究希望藉由對過去研究成果的展現，讓我們瞭解到公共行政學發展的優缺點，並藉由歷史所呈現出的客觀性，讓我們得以鑑往知來，使我們對未來的發展走向更加清楚。 Since 1887, public administration develops a long time. It is an import thing to know what we have and what we lost in these days. According to the history of public administration, we can more realize the whole picture in public administration and create a better future.
