    Title: 對外直接投資、開放程度與產業獲利率--以台灣中游石化業為例

    Abstract: 本文以產業經濟學中的結構─行為─績效（s-c-p）分析法為架構，透過一開放經濟體系寡占模型的建立與推導，以民國78年到85年的台灣中游石化業產業資料為依據，利用完全訊息最大概似法對產業加權PCM、內銷市場產業集中度與出口比三條聯立方程式進行估計。
    本文發現，內銷市場產業集中度與對外直接投資對於加權PCM的影響為正向的，且分別具有1與別的統計顯著性的影響;出口比例與對外開放程度對於加權八泌`的影響皆是負向的，分別具有5﹪與1﹪的統計顯著性。加權PCM與內銷市場需求成長率對於內銷市場產業集中度有負向的影響，分別具有1﹪與10﹪的統計顯著性；產能利用率對內銷市場產業集中度的影響是正的，具有1﹪的統計顯著性；市場規模對於內銷市場產業集中度具有顯著負的非線性影響，具有1﹪的顯著水準。加權PCM與出口加權匯率與對出口比有顯著的正向影響，並具有1﹪的顯著水準；內銷市場產業集中度與對外直接投資對於出口比有顯著的負向影響，皆具有必的統計顯著性。最後，由實證結果可以發現：在結構─行為─績效的分析架構下，台灣中游石化業的加權PCM 、內銷市場產業集中度與出口比間存在著顯著的聯立互動關係。
