    Title: 就業期間、就業次數與薪資--臺灣地區專上畢業生縱橫資料分析

    Abstract: 青年就業者在初入勞動市場之際，普遍具有高度工作轉換率、就業期間短暫之特性。本論文利用由林祖嘉教授主持之行政院青年輔導委員會「專科以上畢業青年就業狀況、工作轉換與工作經驗調查」研究計畫資料庫（民國88年、89年），所建立之縱橫資料（panel data）來分析國內專上畢業生進入勞動市場兩年之間的工作轉換狀況。文獻中探討勞動者工作異動主要有兩大理論基礎，一為人力資本理論，一為工作契合理論。而本論文則是利用參數化之期間分析模型，以實證分析角度探討影響台灣地區專上畢業生就業期間長短之因素。由於採用的是縱橫資料，所以除了探討不隨就業期間變動之個人特徵因素（年齡、性別、學歷等…）的影響之外，尚可分析隨就業期間變動之工作特徵因素（薪資、學用配合度等…）之影響。除此之外，本文尚強調過去累積工作經驗、工作轉換次數之影響，並探討就業期間之期間相依性問題，以期對台灣地區專上畢業生初入勞動市場後工作轉換行為特性有更清晰深入之分析。
