Title:	工作轉換、工作經驗與工資的決定因素--台灣地區專上畢業生追蹤資料分析

Abstract:	本研究的資料來源為行政院青年輔導委員會針對台灣地區1996年6月畢業的男性專上畢業生及1998年6月畢業的女性專上畢業生，所進行的「專科以上畢業青年就業狀況、工作轉換與工作經驗調查」研究記劃於1999年6月進行第一次調查，再於2000年8月對第一次調查的對象進行第二期追蹤調查，以建立一套國內有關於專上畢業生的追蹤資料。在依據該資料的特性建立工資決定方程式，並估計工資決定因素的影響效果後，我們發現，除了性別、學歷、所學科系類型、學用配合度、就業期間長度與累積二作經驗等均為工資決定的重要因素外，工作轉換也佔有舉足輕重的地位。同時，我們可由工資的動態變化歷程中，利用工資決定因素的估計結果推算出專上畢業工作轉換邊際報酬的變化趨勢。由推算結果可知，專上畢業生在初入勞動市場的前兩年，不但工作轉換的邊際報酬有隨著工作的轉換而有逐漸遞減的趨勢，且平均而言，男性專上畢業生工作轉換的邊際報酬高於女性畢業生，且隨著學歷的提升，工作轉換的邊際報酬地有逐漸上升的現象。此結果不但反映出台灣地區專上畢業生的工資變化趨勢存在沉澱的效果，同時也符合了人力資本理論中對於勞動市場所做的假設。
