Title:	名目所得目標區政策的效果：新興古典學派觀點之分析

Abstract:	本文的主要目的是，建立一新興古典學派的總體隨機模型，再對名目所得目標區的穩定效果做探討。本文從目標區之觀點驗證了Bean(1983)的看法：當假設經濟體系下的干擾來源只出現在總合供給面，若總合需求對應實質貨幣供給彈性值小於一，名目所得目標區為最佳之政策。唯當假設經濟體系下的干擾來源只出現在總合需求面或貨幣市場時，央行的最適貨幣政策視政策目標而異。鑒於實質景氣循環學派目前在總體經濟學的重要性，本文另外建立一實質景氣循環模型分析名目所得目標區的穩定效果。類似的結果亦發生在實質景氣循環模型上。本文的結論是：當供給面、需求面或貨幣面有衝擊（ShOCkS）發生，單一貨幣政策不是最適貨幣政策。貨幣政策的制定不僅需了解干擾的出處來源，政策目標的選定亦同樣重要。
