    Title: 廠商多角化後利潤變化的影響因素

    Abstract: 台灣近年來經濟的高度發展，為許多企業創造了有利的成長條件及環境。國內經濟、社會、政治環境發生很大的變遷，隨著消費者多元化偏好之趨勢，再加上國際市場的區城性整合，台灣在勞力密集產業的比較利益的逐漸喪失，國際競爭壓力日漸增強，國內企業已經很難藉著單一產品甚至產業來達成永續成長之目標。多角化已成為不可阻擋的驅勢。本文欲藉由對影響廠商多角化後利潤變化因素之探討，提供廠商進行多角化行動時，有利之參考。
    在實証分析上，以「中華民國、台灣地區企業多角化調查報告」中所得之原始資料，利用multinomial logit model進行計量研究。分別針對製造業、非製造業、集團及非集團企業樣本進行討論。得知，廠商於多角化後，利潤增加後之機率主要受到多角化後風險是否增加、多角化程度、是否因「新商機非常吸引人」而進行多角化、是否曾遭遇「不易尋得優良投資構想或機會」之困難、是否遭遇「競爭者多且激烈」之困難、於調查年度(86.6~87.6)是否有對外投資、市場範圍是否具有跨國性等影響；在各樣本中，影響之因素會有所不同，但差異不大。
    最後則由本文的研究結果，提出建議與未來研究方向。
